Instructor: autoenroll students emails disappear if error happens

Description

This issue is related with the SC 3.3.1 Error Identification:
https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/minimize-error-identified.html

When a instructor wants to enroll some students in a given course, if an error happens, the error is shown but the usernames or emails disappear from the input textarea. This doesn't fullfill the criterion SC 3.3.1. The usernames or emails should stay in the input textarea to see the relation with the given error.
