GDPR - Hawthorn

Description

Many members of the open source community have been asking for GDPR support. We should provide the following for the Hawthorn release:

  • Base GDPR functionality for the LMS

  • A set of states that will only affect the LMS

  • Documentation on how to perform a GDPR deletion using the code in the tubular repository

    • This documentation should be made available on read the docs.
