Course Run Disappeared from Publisher, but still Exists in Discovery Admin

Issue: The course run is disappearing in Publisher. The partner creates the run, submits it for review, and then comes back later to find the run has disappeared from Publisher.

This happened twice. The first time, I thought it was a fluke, so I asked the partner to try again and take screenshots in case it reproduced. The second time, the partner came back with screenshots.

The course will still publish, but I want to understand why courses are disappearing from the Publisher customer-facing page that displays runs. This is a confusing/blocking experience for partners who are trying to create, build, and schedule runs for publishing. As of now, I do not know if this issue is local to this course.
