Add discussion moderator instructions for cohorts

Description

UBC set up cohorts for a campus course, but couldn't see any posts from individual cohorts b/c new course team didn't realize course staff also had to be enrolled as a discussion moderator in order to see cohort topics from. Could we call this out more in the documentation for setting up and/or managing cohorts?
