Please look for a couple of changes under Marco's name by "jolyonb" and add to the LMS index.rst. MIT is contributing improvements to print styling. Two fixes got in for 5/12 release, but Marco suggested announcing them all at once.
This release includes several changes to improve the appearance of printed courseware pages.
The margins at the top and bottom of printed pages are now larger. As a result, header and footer details added by the browser no longer cover information from the page in the course. https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/pull/7592
Links to other parts of the courseware now display in blue colored font. Link text is no longer converted to show the destination URL within the course.
