This story continues the effort begun in to update topics in the help center FAQ and find ways to improve the learner's guide.
The Help Center that was set up in Summer 2015 is an FAQ-style resource for learners on edx.org only. Now that the Learner's guide is available
find areas where info is only available in one of these resources
find areas where there is overlap
assess whether additional information should be available in the learner's guide, the help center, or both
assess whether cross referencing is appropriate for readers to get more information (this will be from the help center to the guide, and not vice versa)
resolve discrepancies through testing and SMEs
