Create a Help Center for Enterprise
Currently, we distribute Enterprise configuration documentation in the form of PDFs, sent by email. We want to provide this information, and much more, in a way that is self-service, moderately protected, and more maintainable.
Solution: We will create a Help Center for Enterprise, using Zendesk. It will sit along side the existing Help Center for Learners. Enterprise users will need to sign in to view the Enterprise Help Center, using credentials we assign them.
