Identify training administrator resources for the Enterprise help center
As a training administrator, I need resources to help me sell the edX product value to my employees. Resources may include learner onboarding content, edX product rollout, email templates, tips and best practices on ways to encourage engagement, and ways to measure success and/or determine ROI on training investment.
Post sale today, organizations are provided with a spreadsheet containing course titles and course coupon codes, with no instructions on how to roll this learning content out within their organization. Training administrators will have greater success in rolling out our courses, selling the edX product, and gaining adoption and engagement from their employees, if we provide them with some introductory resources to help them do so.
Work with Marketing, Sales, and other B2B team members, to identify needed content. Once defined, crearte follow-on stories that capture creating and adding this to the B2B knowledge portal.
