Enable SSO for Enterprise Help Center visitors

The Enterprise Help Center will be accessible via login. Ensure that SSO is enabled on the B2B HC site.

Alternatively, for initial launch, enable manual login on the site.

Attached image is for reference, showing the location, in Guide Settings, for enabling sign-in access (top highlighted region).

has been upgraded to admin, please let support know when they don't need access anymore and we'll then revoke. Thanks.

- I was told that you worked on SSO for the edX platform. I need to set up an edX/Zendesk SSO integration, where help center visitors who have edX credentials will automatically be logged in. Can you help?

^^ FYI

(Fallback plan for initial soft launch, if SSO is not enabled and login is still a release criteria)
Login logic is commented out in curlybar bracket code contained in the edx learner help center header.hbs template, which would enable manual login (but not SSO).

To locate this template:

  1. In Zendesk Guide, in the left side menu, select Customize Design.

  2. In the top left corner, in the edx dropdown, select edX.

  3. The edX Learner Help Center theme page appears.

  4. Select View theme to load the live theme.

  5. Select ... then Preview.

  6. Under templates, select the article_page.hbs template.
