Add "Support" role explanation to manual enrollment docs
KULeuvenX reported an omission in section 15.4.3 point 4 of the Building and Running an edX course docs. The documentation explains the "Learner" and "Partner" roles in the dropdown menu but does not explain the "Support" role. Adding the context for this role would help course teams understand batch enrollment and ensure that enrollment records are accurate. Could this be updated?
Specific request in the course team's words:
"During our recent experiments with (un)enrolling learners we’ve noticed that the Membership page UI somewhat differs from the corresponding documentation. In particular, the section about the roles of users 15.4.3 of the enrolment page.
In the roles dropdown on both edX and Edge there are currently three options for possible roles: Learner, Support, and Partner. The Support option is not mentioned in the documentation. Could it be added along with the clarification of its meaning? Or, maybe just a clearer description of the effect of choosing one or another role? The same holds true for the Unenroll option, 15.4.5. The selected role does seem to have an effect on the result of the unenroll action. It’d be helpful if the documentation mentions it as well."
