I just did another test in here: https://courses.edx.org/courses/course-v1:edX+Training101x+1T2018/course/

I was able to successfully unlock content (score = 100%,) with an ORA worth 5 points. But when the ORA is worth 0 points, and the locked content requires completion =100%, it does not work. An ORA needs to be worth points in order to trigger "completion", so we cannot use 0-point ORAs this way.

Documentation should be updated to reflect those two things. Happy to chat too. -Ben

, we already say in that section "You cannot use open response assessments as the prerequisite for other course subsections." Do you think that's accurate? That would seem to include ORAs with a point value of 0.
