Add role=region to Steps in ORA problem

Description

Location: 05 Course - Peer Assessment

Severity: 3

Description: The content that is expanded under each section such as "3 Assess Peers" is implemented with a DIV element with aria-labelledby. The label is not rendered since the div does not have a role. Therefore, screen reader users may not understand the relationship of the container under each section.

Pattern: None

Auditor Note: Developers must add role="region" within the div elements. With the aria-labelledby attribute referencing the title, the region will clearly be delineated to screen reader users.

Compliant Example:

<div role="region" class="ui-slidable__content" aria-labelledby="oa_peer_block-" id="oa_peer_block-v1:LevelAccessX+LA101+2017_08+type@openassessment+block@9cb424004e0e4294858ee255e85bb13d_content">

Note: The IDs of elements are extremely long and hard to match. Use shorter and succinct ID values.

Internal Note: I agree with adding the role=region. However, you do NOT need to do anything with the long IDrefs. They are 100% valid values that are only hard for humans to match. Humans aren't required to match IDrefs.
