The instructor dashboard grade report contains only one team name
Description
In the instructor dashboard grade report, there is a column for “team.” It only lists one team that the learner is on.
Background: Before early 2020, a learner could only ever be on one team per course.
We should either:
Remove the “team” column
Update the “team” column to include all teams
Restructure the report to include team info in some other form
