Improved UI for GradeBook Bulk Management
Description
Hello, IUx has expressed some confusion with the UI in Gradebook. They have feedback that bulk management would be more intuitive if the export and import functions were located in the same area.
Current behavior:
Bulk management grade export is on the 'Grades' tab in Gradebook. Bulk management import is in a separate tab, a tab called 'Bulk Management'. Screenshot of current behavior attached.
Requested behavior:
Both bulk management export and import are located in the Bulk Management tab in Gradebook, so that users will only need to go to one tab to handle bulk management exports and imports.
