Remove aria-label

Description

Location: Account Settings https://courses.edx.org/account/settings

Severity: 5

Description: ADVISORY:
JAWS 18 in IE11, renders the labels for the combo boxes such as Gender, Year of Birth etc twice or three times. For example: "Gender Gender Gender Combo box".
Although not a show stopper, it can be annoying for JAWS users to hear the label multiple times. The combo boxes are labelled properly but they also have their parent div container with aria-label that corresponds to the label which is creating the repetition.

Pattern: None

Auditor Note: To avoid repetition that creates an annoyance, developers should remove the aria-label element from the div containing the form fields since it is not needed. When the aria-label is removed from the div, JAWS renders the label only once as expected.
Compliant Example:
<div class="u-field-value field">
<label class="u-field-title field-label" for="u-field-select-country">
Country or Region
</label>

<select name="select" id="u-field-select-country" aria-describedby="u-field-help-message-country">
...
</select>

Internal Note: I suggest removing the aria-label on the parent container. not sure why it is there.
