Remove Resume link from Careers page

Description

As an edX HR lead, I don't want to get uncategorized resumes.

Right now HR gets 100's of resumes from the Send us your Resume link, that are not subsequently converted. This wastes a lot of HR time. We want to ensure applicants apply directly to jobs
