Hide the "Masters" filter from url "https://webview.edx.org/course?type=Masters" for mobile use

Hitting https://webview.edx.org/course?type=Masters applies a removable Masters filter in mobile webview. hide the Master's filter if the URL is accessed from mobile so that it should not be removable.
