iOS - Reduce unnecessarily translatable strings from mobile language files

Today there are a number of strings being passed through to transifex for mobile that would ideally not be translated or as frequently updated.

These string account for several hundred strings that artificially reduce the translation percentage of all our languages for the mobile app's resources.

We can get languages and their codes from the SDK.

Acceptance Criteria:

Get the language codes and readable names from the SDK and remove app-localizable-languages from transifex.
