Android - Change theme & color of course dashboard tabs view & discussion threads screen

We’ll be taking one screen in the app as a baseline and rebrand it.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Optional: change icons to Material sharp wherever possible (can be downloaded from here: https://material.io/resources/icons/?style=sharp)

2. All colors throughout the said screen should be changed to the new colors in the mockups.
