Android: Remove gray background from watched and partially watched video cells

Description

In coversation with we decided that the gray cell background was confusing and also conflicted with the blue highlight you see on pressing the back button

Yes, that is correct – we should only gray out fully watched videos, not partial watches.

Then the behavior is same on iOS and Android, as of now (without any change to the codebase).

I misunderstood what you said. To match iOS we only need to stop graying out the icon (fa-film) on partial watches. Lemme fix that, while we are waiting for to weigh in.

On iOS, we only the gray out the icon on videos that are completely watched. This seems more likely to be correct, since you probably didn't mean to group videos you've only watched for five seconds with videos that you've watched. please weigh in for desired behavior.
