iOS - Assessment - 'Closed captions' and 'Video Speed' do not work in landscape mode

Description

On tapping closed captions and video speed in landscape mode, nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce:

a) Tap to play any video.
b) Tap on Full screen button to view the video in landscape.
c) Tap on wheel icon
d) Tap on Closed captions/Video Speed and view.

I threw something together for this since having buttons that don't work is pretty bad. Unfortunately, even with that change we get an alert now, but it's sideways to the content (see attached screenshot),

I don't think we can do anything better without either:
1. Restoring the custom menu we used to have for this.
2. Significantly refactoring the terrible video player code.

Since both of those are a bunch of work, I'd propose punting anything further on this until we get a chance to fix the video player. Which could potentially be done under the heading of better landscape support.
