The contrast between the blue text and the white background (e.g "Forgot your password?") or vice versa is not sufficient. In addition, the login fields have a placeholder text as the on-screen label. This text is light grey on grey and the contrast is very low.
Low vision users may have difficulties reading the content. Although it is intuitive that the login screen consists of the username and password fields, the user name can also be an email address and low vision users may not be able to see that.
To meet the minimum requirement for the blue on white (or the white on blue), the text must be larger that 18 point or 14 pt and bold. To ensure sufficient contrast modify the foreground or background color; pick a darker shade of blue to meet the minimum contrast requirement of 4.5:1 for text 18 pt or less or less than 14 pt and bold.
Similarly, make sure the placeholder text uses darker grey to meet the minimum contrast requirement.
