Android - a11y (Login Screen) When in talkback mode, ensure the error message is read when signing in fails

Description

Ensure that the focus is redirected to the error message to allow Talkback users and low vision users read the message when it is displayed. Developers can also use a pop up message instead stating the error and allowing users to close the pop up.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Remove the flying message (There may be more than listed below)

    • No Userassword

    • Wrong userass

    • Connection Error

  • Implement "Error Submitting Data" dialog as per https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/display/MA/Error+Handling

  • When in talkback mode, when getting an error message, the error message should be read.

  • Connection error dialog should only be displayed when the user tried to log in (and there is a connection error). That dialog can only be dismissed by the user, the back button, or if a new error replaces it.
