Android - Internet Connection warning shows even if the content loads

??Hi,
Little bug you got there. I loaded a page with limited connectivity, it didn't load and showed the 'please check your connection' error. I click inside the page, it tried reloading and succeeded. I got the page content but the old connectivity error is still showing, partially covering the page.
Check out the screenshot.I am running version 2.3.0 on Android 6.0.1.

Could you try and reproduce?
I tried to reproduce this even on low bandwidth but couldn't be able to reproduce this.
As far as process goes, what do we do with hard to reproduce bugs? Do they stay open or are they closed until someone finds a way to reproduce them? I can imagine another ticket being made with the same issue but without reproductio nsteps.
