iOS - Discussions - App do not mark post as 'Read' instantly
Description
Previously when user read any post app marked that post as read and its color changes to grey but now user need to go back and come back to posts screen and it refreshes that screen and marked it as grey.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Login to edX app.
2) Tap on discussion tab.
3) Read any post and view.
4) Tap back and come back to the posts screen and view again.
