iOS - Discussions - App updates time when user Vote/Unvote , Follow/Unfollow and Report/Unreport
Description
iOS app update the time of post/response/comment when user tap to Vote/Unvote , Follow/Unfollow and Report/Unreport. App should not updated time as discussed in MA-1740.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Login to edX app.
2) Tap to select any course.
3) Tap on discussion tab.
4) Select any discussion topic.
5) Create a new post/response/comment.
6) Try Vote/Unvote, Follow/Unfollow, Report/Unreport and view.
