iOS - Discussions - Use 'total' instead of 'replies' for responses and comments count

As per liz comment here
On posts screen we are going to use the word "total" instead of "replies". If the total count is zero, we should not display a total.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Login to edX app.
2) Tap to select any course.
3) Tap on discussion tab.
4) Tap on any discussion topic and view.
