LMS Banners in the mobile app

Description

Currently, we display notifications about downtime in the LMS so that learners know what is coming.
These are stored in the database and rendered into the top of most LMS pages.
It should be possible to make these available to the mobile app, but would require an API endpoint to fetch it so that we can tell learners that the mobile app will not work for a period of time during the maintenance.

For those looking in the LMS code, here's the banner I know about

You guys are doing an amazing job by making this mobile application better and better day by day, exactly the same as The Vcita coupons. I hired them to build me a mobile application for my business which is a beauty salon. At first, they created a simple app but within a short span of time, they put every possible feature in it.
