every partner that we have enabled the Studio upload tool has had an issue with the way that the system reports the files are complete and what the means. Currently complete means that the video will play on both the mobile app as well as the desktop but only for the alternative playback links. YouTube takes the longest to upload. We need to change the language on the page to reflect this.
"Processing can take 24 hours to complete. Besides our processing, this also takes into account the YouTube API which needs to complete its cycle.
You’ll often see files show up on YouTube faster, but the YouTube API does fluctuate so please allow at least 24hours for videos to show on the channel.
A unique video ID is assigned to your video file and you can add that video ID to your course as soon as it is available. When YouTube refreshes, the video ID will also refresh in the backend without further action by your team."
