1. Bundling is an anti-pattern in HTTP/2, since requests are multiplexed through the same connection.
2. Older browsers don't support it, and will still benefit from bundling.
3. Is a hybrid effort worth the complexity?

According to the link above, as of 2/16, ~53% of CloudFlare's traffic is HTTP/2 and 30% SPDY/3.1, which still leaves ~17% on HTTP/1.x
