SPIKE: Convert XMLModuleStore to OLXCourseParser

Continuing 's good work. Probably involves making a WIP PR to test this out. Do not need to merge this PR as part of this story (though it would be nice).

Removing all the references to XMLModulestore
Refactoring the import/export piece
AC:
Set of stories that would represent the actual work for killing the non-import/export related part of XMLModuleStore, and doing the rename.
