Contentserver New Relic instrumentation throws errors for assets in Old Mongo Courses

Description

This was reverted from the last release. The basic problem is that contentstore assets in old mongo courses have a run of None, which breaks when trying to convert them to a string. The important thing to note about this is that for the sake of instrumentation, we don't really need the run – old mongo courses can't differ by just run anyway. We just need it to put something in the course_id and not break, so just omitting the run information when it's null is fine.
