Discovery: Catalog all instances where the CSM table is read/written

In order to create a shim to write to a new CSM table we need to understand all the places that write and read from that table. There is some concern that bulk writes StudentModule.objects.filter().update() could cause some difficulties in writing a shim for this.

A/C:

• Catalog all instances where CSM table is read or written.

• Highlight bulk insertion/update/deletions calls.
