The course author reports: "I could not save my work in Studio, as well as somehow lost one of the units I was building earlier today. This seemed to be an intermittent issue and I did not have the same problem since, so just wanted to bring the below to your attention.

Please see the attached screenshot, it happened over the course of about 20 minutes, starting at 2:05 PM EST.

No update from the team yet, so let's close this until they do.

It sounds you are saying the error can be reproduced if the user's instance of Studio is interrupted or disconnected. Is that correct?

, any update? I'd like to close this ticket because there's currently not enough information to act on it.

Seems like something happend at client end which broke
this.displayXBlock();. The modal is visible without the content.

I was able to reproduce this. I created a RAW HTML component and stopped the studio and clicked on EDIT. I got the similar view like attached in the screenshot. Thats the reason we do not have much information about this on SPLUNK.

I also want to add, no information was lost. I was able to access all the data when the connection with the server was live.
