Default video play speed is ignored on Firefox

Description

I am using the latest version of Firefox 43 using the HTML5 player, and the video does not play at the "default" speed (what ever speed was selected in a previous page load). I have tested on MITX 6.002X and the sandbox.edx.org.

For example, on loading a page the player's speed will be set to 2.0x and upon playing, it plays at normal speed.

I have tested on MS Edge browser and it works as expected, the video plays at the default set speed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Firefox
2. Load a video player
3. Set speed to 2.0X. Play video to notice speed is 2.0x.
4. Reload page or select another page with a video
5. Notice default speed is 2.0X
6. Play video
7. Video incorrectly plays at normal speed.

This seems to be fixed, closing the ticket.

Seems to be working now, at least in MIT6.002X? I don't know what has changed. Was the version of edX updated?
