Fullstack install on EC2 Fails on 'pycrypto'

Description

Following the basic steps to set up Fullstack on EC2, but getting an error related to 'pycrypto'

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Behavior
Ansible should finish install without issues

Actual Behavior
Ansible fails with the following trace:

Installing collected packages: pycrypto, paramiko, MarkupSafe, Jinja2, PyYAML, ansible, boto, docopt, python-simple-hipchat, prettytable, jmespath, python-dateutil, botocore, docutils, bcdoc, colorama, pyasn1, rsa, awscli, requests, decorator, datadog, pymongo, MySQL-python
Found existing installation: pycrypto 2.4.1
Detected a distutils installed project ('pycrypto') which we cannot uninstall. The metadata provided by distutils does not contain a list of files which have been installed, so pip does not know which files to uninstall.
sudo: ansible-playbook: command not found

Additional information
Strange as I was able to set up dogwood.rc just a couple days ago without seeing this issue.
