Many members of the open source community have been asking for GDPR support. We should provide the following for the Hawthorn release:
Base GDPR functionality for the LMS
A set of states that will only affect the LMS
Documentation on how to perform a GDPR deletion using the code in the tubular repository
This documentation should be made available on read the docs.
