We will be running a shuttle from the conference hotels to Wellesley. We= llesley Square is approximately a mile (1.6km) from the conference site. Th= e shuttles to the conference site will pick up at the following locations a= nd times:

Please note: There is a 2 hour wait for the next commuter rail after the= 7:01pm train leaving Wellesley Square, so it is imperative that this shutt= le leave promptly.

If you are driving, please park in the Davis Parking Facility. Note that= since class is not in session, you may park in any space not marked handic= apped. More details on getting to Welles= ley are available on their website.
For more details on the shuttle schedule, including return shuttles, ple= ase refer to the program. The shuttles have a set schedule, so please be on= time as so not to miss them.
The registration desk is located right inside the main entrance of the L= ulu Chow Wang Campus Center (LWC). Please note that the main entrance is on= the 2nd floor of the building, though it appears to be at ground level whe= n arriving from the main campus entrance.
You do not need to bring your ticket - in order to speed up the registra= tion process, we will simply be checking names.
Breakfast will be served both mornings, right near the registration desk= in LWC. There is also a small cafe on the second floor of LWC with snacks,= coffee, and drinks available for purchase.
Lunch will be served in Tishman, on the first floor of LWC.
Downtown Wellesley is one mile (1.6km) from the conference and has lots = of great food options. Blue Ginger is a very f= amous and popular restaurant by chef Ming Tsai. Alta St= rada is a well-known traditional Italian restaurant from local che= f Michael Schlow, and Juniper offers a wide variet= y of Mediterranean-style tapas. For breakfast and other light fare, there= =E2=80=99s a Starbucks, and Wellesley Bakery&nb= sp;is also highly recommended.
Downtown Wellesley is about two miles (3.2km) from the Babson Conference= Center, and the Crowne Plaza is right by the Natick Mall and Shopping Cent= er.
What makes an unconference great is the diverse and unexpected perspecti= ves that come together to facilitate wonderful conversations. A space where= you can add your unconference topic ideas will be available Tishman (1st f= loor, LWC). This will help us transition smoothly from regular conference p= roceedings to unconference time.
There is no formal time for BOF sessions during the conference. We encou= rage you to self-organize lunches or meetings during breakfast or breaks. I= n order to help facilitate this, we will provide a space for you to list to= pics and a suggested meeting location.
EdCast will also be performing and livestreaming interviews of conferenc= e speakers to discuss their talks in more depth. This will be in LWC Room 4= 13, and you can also view the interviews live or after they=E2=80=99ve been= recorded at www.edcast.com/openedx.
If you can=E2=80=99t join us in person, there are still ways to keep up = with the action.
Plenary sessions, keynotes, and lightning talks, hosted in the Alumnae H= all auditorium, as well as all breakout sessions, hosted in Tishman, will b= e livestreamed during the conference. You can referenc= e the schedule for the locat= ions of all breakout sessions. All talks will be recorded and posted to our= YouTube channel after the conference.
