  • Product Influence and Alignment: Gather feedback from potential and existing users to identify desired features and pain points. Provide insights into market trends that could influence product development.

  • Partnership Development: Identify potential strategic partners within the edTech ecosystem. Provide intelligence on successful partnerships within similar open-source communities.

  • Revenue Growth: Analyze existing revenue models within the edTech industry. Recommend innovative revenue streams that could be adopted by Open edX, and conduct competitive pricing analysis.

  • Community Engagement and Transparency: Assist in developing communication strategies that engage a broader audience. Conduct surveys or interviews to assess the effectiveness of current engagement efforts and suggest improvements.
