LTR/RTL hook in the Javascript?

Some components can have specific implementation that could not be easily translated to RTL. They would require additional changes in the React component

Card, Form and other Main.Subcomponent components

Viktor Rusakov filed issues some time ago and we discussed locally that these components can be separately exported. But some of them could not be used separately so I don’t know if it is worth to separate all of them. Please, give us feedback and maybe we could start working at least with Form and Card that should be written on the Paragon side and remove export from React-Bootstrap.
