A weekly "scrum of scrums"-style update from team representatives across the edX organization.  We use this meeting to share our learnings and challenges, to plan our future Frontend Study Group topics, as well as input into the Frontend Working Group's backlog and roadmap.

Overview

The FedX meeting is attended by frontend stakeholders from across edX’s engineering and product teams. FedX holds weekly meetings Thursday mornings at 11am. Anyone is welcome to join the group – speak with one of the members listed above if you'd like to be added to the meeting.

The goals of the group are as follows:

  • Share our teams' frontend challenges and triumphs.
  • Plan frontend training and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Gather input for the Frontend Working Group's backlog and roadmap.

See the FedX Meeting Notes for each week's meeting notes and action items.

  • Share knowledge
  • Find common ground
  • Welcome everyone
  • Celebrate successes publicly
  • Support without smothering
