• We should be the first point of contact for any ADRs in our team.

• We captured and documented the question around the upcoming 2-team-split.

Triage issues quickly

• Goal: Triage as quickly as we receive the email (Ideally within one hour)

• Improve: How to improve this?

  • Have a rotation – adds responsibility.

  • Look for new triage issues after the standup – they don’t normally file at the end of a day

  • Needs to be more proactive
