Monthly themes / ticket summaries linked here: /wiki/spaces/SUST/pages/524059054 33% of resolved tickets are resolved with the status "Not A Bug" or "Resolved by Customer". This speaks to the challenge of mis-configured courses / publishing / about pages /certificates / etc that causes confusion / churn across our internal systems and to partners as well.
