Python 3.12 PRs ready for review and follow-up		Python 3.12 Draft PRs are ready, we need maintainers and CCs to review/fix/merge/release them. All PRs are listed under this issue: https://github.com/openedx/public-engineering/issues/233
Node 16 → 18 Upgrade Update		Information is pretty scattered and no one seems to know what the minimum set of fixes are that we need to unblock the 16 → 18 upgrade. Brian Smith is going to investigate to gather this information and will use https://github.com/openedx/wg-frontend/issues/26 as a starting point. I’ve linked all know related issues I’ve found to that ticket for now.
cs_comments_service Ruby upgrade		https://github.com/openedx/cs_comments_service/pull/426 - tested and ready to merge. Thanks to Maksim Sokolskiy and RG for testing! We still need a mongo upgrade but that is not a Redwood blocker.
