Educator + AC New Incoming Issues ( Getting issues... )

Purpose

This meeting is held daily after the standup meeting. The purpose of this 5-10 mint meeting is to sync up the whole team on the new incoming issues. This gives an opportunity for the following discussions.

DiscussionActions / Decisions

A team member has historical context of a particular issue which may already exist in the backlog or had been closed already as Not A Bug. 

A new issue is closed as a Duplicate or as another appropriate status. 

A team member may have a better context of a particular incoming issue than the rest of the team

Discuss the possible ways towards the fix or handover the ticket the to a team member. 
Address new incoming a11y issues in AC project. Follow /wiki/spaces/EDUCATOR/pages/765394945 to handle the AC tickets

Is the new incoming issue has been triaged correctly? Did the issue was triaged using the /wiki/spaces/EDUCATOR/pages/162628447? 

  • Has a clear "User Impact Summary"?
  • Does the "Priority" of the ticket matches the "User Impact Summary"?
  • Does it have the right labels? 

Add all the missing information in the ticket with the concise information and understanding of the whole team.

If everyone agrees with the ticket state, add "triaged" label.
