• Mostly gated by the API ticket in code review, target is code complete for v1.4 in ~ the current sprint.

• PRs nearly fully reviewed, one change necessary still for a migration/management command then can merge in soon.

• layout updates planned for supported features table.

• documentation updates in progress plus edge rollout work

• added ticket to address bug in blackout date behavior

• Jon to review UI / propose use of form controls for date + time picker way of setting blackout dates
