[inform] “Usage Insights” automation hasn’t worked for the last ~2 months

The above “Usage Insights” tool in the Paragon documentation website intends to checkout and parse all dependent projects on a daily basis through an automated GitHub Action (source).

However, this GitHub Action has been failing for the last ~2 months due to:

Run npm ci
