Fetch vs. Axios

• Axios: more readable, fewer gotchas, somewhat small size
• Requires polyfill for es6 promises (or babel plugin?)
• Folks who have used axios like it
• Let's add it to the cookiecutter
• babel polyfill comes with promise polyfill

  • MUST stay aware of performance tradeoffs, caching benefits, etc.
