1. Overview of Alerting and Monitoring course updates
   1. Meeting with Feanil
      1. Narrative arc: building → deploying → monitoring
      2. Mergeable material
         1. Terraform material ports naturally into our course
         2. They hadn't worked on alerting and monitoring, which we've done: synergy
      3. Feanil + Cory offered to edit materials
   2. Integrate Devops Course with our course
      1. Action item for Matt: move Terraform section
         1. write assessments
   3. Add in "Building" section
      1. Brian Beggs and Doug as points of contact for team-specific IDA information
      2. Asking individuals

      1. Question about Jenkins section in Alerting and Monitoring
      2. Some teams/workflows don't use it, however
      3. Invite Jeremy to write Jenkins section: a possibility

   1. Brainstorm:
      1. change incentive structure: for use to incentivize involvement/gift structure
      2. Open Source Team: buy doughnuts w/dedication highlighting specific contribution
