• Concern around Maintainership Pilot

  • Can we avoid a single point-of-contact? Paragon is a cross-functional group (design + eng).

  • How do we uphold an SLA?

    • Adam can’t be bottleneck for all PR reviews with a proposed 1-week SLA.

• CapX project?

  • Would this help justify the SLAs?

  • BD-46 (ongoing support/maintenance) is a CapX project.

• “If we put X amount of hours into this, we can save Y amount of hours saved in dev time”

  • How to quantify?

• Can we get product squads to review their own Paragon contributions?

  • Any training necessary for engineers?
